Real Estate Investment Group builds or purchases a group of real estates and sells them to investors as rental properties. The investment group also provides services for the rental properties, such as finding tenants and carrying out maintenance activities. It receives a portion of the monthly rent in exchange for these services. The benefit of investment groups is that investors can own rental properties without having to manage them.
