Limited Voting Stock Definition
Stock of a publicly-traded company that provides the shareholder smaller than proportionate voting rights in comparison to other stocks issued by the same corporation. This gives less control over the company than the shareholder would otherwise have, while the holders of other common stocks receive a more effective control in the firm.
