Karl Marx Definition
Karl Marx (1818 – 1883) was a German philosopher, political economist and political theorist. His economic and political ideas played a significant role in the socialist and the communist movement. Until the end of the 20th century almost half the population of the world lived under socialist or communist regimes. Marx argued that capitalism, like previous socioeconomic systems, would inevitably produce internal tensions which would lead to its destruction.
