Flexible Spending Account – FSA is a benefit program that allows an employee to set aside money, on a pre-tax basis, for certain medical expenses, dependent care or other qualified expenses as established in the cafeteria plan. Money deducted from an employee's pay into an FSA is not subject to payroll taxes.
